All returns require authorization. Please contact us if there is a problem with the order you placed so that we can help you remedy the situation. 

The customer is financially responsible to ship item(s) back unless the error was made on our behalf. 

A 3% fee will be deducted from the refund to cover the credit card charges for each transaction. 

It may take up to 3 days for the return to process, and 7-10 days for refund to appear based on the individual credit card used.

All items returned must be in new, working order. Non-returnable items include special orders, closeout/clearance items, cut to length items, used items. Other items may apply.
